Solutions, Inc. (“Quorum”), a leading provider

that it has completed a transaction to add Integra Solutions,
Inc. (“Integra”) to its operations. |
| Integra Solutions is a full-service provider of business
intelligence consulting and education services. Founded in
1993, Integra has an extensive history of assisting Fortune
500 organizations leverage the benefits of business intelligence.
Integra Solutions is also a Business Objects Alliance Partner
authorized to provide consulting, training, and product resale
