Performance Manager XI:
Measuring Performance
Description: Performance Manager enables people
to create scorecards that, by aligning with Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs), track performance across the enterprise. Building on existing
Dashboard Manager knowledge, this course provides demonstrations and hands-on
activities that take learners from building goals to automating goal-based
alerts through rules.
As a business benefit, learners will be move beyond tracking historical
performance to map out strategies for future performance, and align goals
that can then be monitored against actual data.
Student Profile: The target audience for this
course is Performance Management designers who are comfortable working
in Dashboard Manager, and need to create goal-based analytics, strategies,
and alerts to display for business users through corporate dashboard applications.
Prerequisites: To be successful, learners who
