Course Cancellation Policy

Please contact us if you cannot attend a class for which you are scheduled so that your space may be offered to another student.  The registration fee is fully refundable if notification is received at least 10 business days prior to the starting date of the class.  The registration fee is 50% refundable if notification is received between 5 and 10 business days before the class start date.  We charge the full course price for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the class date.  However, we will not charge a cancellation fee if the student transfers to another class or date; a $200 processing fee will be applied to such transfers requested within 5 business days of the originally scheduled class date.

If we are forced to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment, all students will be notified at least 7 days prior to the planned start date and an alternate date will be suggested or the full registration fee will be refunded.  We are not responsible for non-refundable tickets and reservations.  Substitutions are permitted, and reservations are transferable.
